Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase!

We will happily offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

In- Store Returns & Exchanges

Initiate an in-store return by providing your receipt along with the item(s) purchased. Our team is here to help with the process.

Online Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return please email hello@thestillroomshop.com and include your order number and reason for return. Once you've received conformation that your return has been accepted, please return your item(s) to the following address

Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization/tracking number. If you are local to Woodstock or Harley Please feel free to contact us to arrange a time to drop off.

Returns must be initiated and approved, items returned without being approved will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for the loss, damage or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.

Returned merchandise must be:

  • In its original condition and not been worn, altered or washed.
  • Have all of its original tags attached.
  • Shoes must be in the original shoe box.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving your order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Jewellery
  • Undergarments/bathing suits
  • Perishable goods
  • Hair accessories/hats
  • Beauty products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

refund requests made after 15 days will be reviewed individually.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and return the original. Once your return is approved, you'll receive a refund as per our policy.
